a busy weekend!
just reached home not long ago. usually sundays wont go out too late since tmr still have work. today went ahead with plans to go ecp w lide's church pple. i think i become chaota-ed. and its kinda pain now.. but its quite fun. been ages since i went to the beach i think. building sandcastles, playing typical beach games w 'kids'. why i say 'kids' is becos lide's church group have a lot of pple who look younger than their actual age, which is kinda scary. there is this 21yo girl who looked like a sec 1. seriously. haha. i think hanging ard with young pple makes you younger. and you will not be reminded of turning 20 soon. hah.
after that decided to go play soccer, which was a rather bad decision, as the pitch condition was seriously bad and i din bring boots. and wad you got in return was dirty slippers and feet. when my 3 days old teva sank into the mud, my heart sank too. haha. and after tt went chompchomp to grab a bite and i took the bus in a wrong direction, thus i came home so late. the roundabout at serangoon gardens was really weird. the same busstop, the bus 73 can either go to tp or go amk. and no one told me anything abt it. i hate it when i need to take more than an hr to reach home. grr.
but ytd was better i felt. did some meaningful stuff, like going back to give my juniors some advice for syf. still trying to work on some problems w them. somehow when females play percussion, they have less of the seh feeling, though im not against them or wad. but i guess they shd be able to make the cut. the last week shd be when they peak, i hope.
den went for the match at cck at 5. we came back from 3-0 down to 3-3. could have won the game, but anger got the better of us. the koreans were playing rather rough, which made us lose our cool. haha and i got my first yellow. =P
best part of ytd would be the jamming at ken's place. we tried time is running out and high and dry. time is running out is super nice. muse is damn cool lar! haven jammed for months and it feels good that on the first session you sorta got most parts of the songs rite. hopefully we can produce a good gig on 24th.
