there's a story that goes like this.
once a upon a time, there is this group of mice living in a hole at the corner of a kitchen. life was good as they never had to worry about food. every night, they just simply sneak out into the kitchen at will to get food. however, one day the owner of the house brought home a ferocious cat, whose scream (or wadever you call it) scares the sh*t out of the mice. the mice become worried. with the cat around, how are they able to get their food? thus they had an emergency meeting to discuss this critical issue. hours and hours passed as different mice came up to present their suggestions on how to deal with the cat. all the ideas were rejected, however, until the last mice came and suggested that they put a bell around the cat's neck, thus notifying them when the cat is around, which then allows them to sneak into the kitchen to steal food. everyone shrieked in delight, as they thought it was a wonderful idea. but then comes a question. who is going to put the bell onto the cat's neck?
hmm. the moral of the story?
anyway, what a nice way to remind me that there is still 9 months to ORD. 273 days to be exact.
