anyways, first entry of the new yr. 2007. the ORD yr. and today happens to be 7th Jan. exactly one yr ago, a small boy sailed through the blue seas as thousands others do, filled with uncertainty, reluctancy and mebbe a lil bit of nervousness into a god-forsaken place called tekong.
today, after one yr inside the force, having been thru exercises like wallaby, endurance, nutcracker(which is now outta bslc syllabus, thus explaining the declining influence of specialists) and the like, this boy have adapted in the green island. although he may not be a commissioned officers like many of his friends are, he is definitely proud of the 3 stripes he's donning.
and most importantly, he is happy cos its 10 more months to ORD!
