went timbre today to celeb lide's bday. actually not really a celebration. just a meeting of some sort. timbre was the place we wanna go last wk but din due to some wedding gg on there. so its kinda unexpected that ling brought us to the same place again. haha. timbre is a nice pub, save for the smokes by the cigarettes. watched argentina-s&m match there. argentina really proved to be serious title contenders i must say. was a joy watching them play. :]
and surprisingly we saw many hwachong teachers there. i wonder why. 5 of them in fact. june tan came first w her fwends, den remedios came, followed by june tay, alex tan and another teacher who came together. the last teacher was some physics s tchr whom seemed rather conservative in sch, but she appeared in this black halter and mini skirt and a bowl hairdo [or wadeva yu call that], so it was quite shocking. and some more remedios smokes. i hate smokers. and to think he was one of those teachers whom i respected.
finally, this band called timmy performed after the match. lk n sh mentioned abt them b4, and they were indeed very gd. the vocal had a gd voice and the coordination was wonderful. they played some really cool and nice songs. one of it was called radio killed the radio child or smth. entertaining.
