we had our 2nd 69 class chalet like 2 days after block test 1? haha i think we were damn cool. anw this time round the attendence for the chalet was much better than before, which is good! hopefully we will have everyone present in the next one...
anw the highlight of the chalet is the bike hike! haha very very memorable one for me. first time riding so far lar. rode on the main road some more. first time on a double seater, first time to geylang.. haha. oh must thank uncle shawn for lending his bike to us, without which it would not have made this class trip so successful.. we hao bu rong yi persuaded everyone to rent a bike so that we can go night cycling, just to find out that we are short of one bike. lucky we met this good samiritan who is willing to lend us his bike without any terms and conditions. that uncle is really a nice person. so the 19 of us proceeded on with our journey to geylang for supper. it was really hard for me to ride the double seater initially.. like very hard to pei he with the one behind. initially tried with pearlyn behind den i keep screwing up. think she fidget too much den makes me nervous liao. den later w mingjie also least better abit though starting still abit de unstable. hmm we end straight to the end of east coast park den to the main road at mountbatten n guillmard road there.. den we somemore or another after crossing quite a few roads we reached geylang! there we saw alot of hotels.. wad hotel 81, hotel compass, kim tian hotel, jade hotel, n not forgetting the GAY WORLD HOTEL. its so gu ming si yi. along the way to geylang we were split into2 halves cos lide rammed his bike into some post. so guan me n bum went back to help to fix it. lucky its still ride-able so it din really dampen the spirits of the 19 of us. after a dangerous ride inside geylang where there are full of chee ko peks staring at us and also taxis who refused to give way to us, we finally arrived at the doujiangyoutiao shop. wah the doujiangyoutian is damn nice lar. makes me hungry n feel like eating now.. haha. after supper we can see that some pple like cannot take it alr. but dunno why we still proceeded on with the trip. we went to kallang park (the place where layhan were caught in action by the canoe team), den reached esplanade at the end of the park. almost ran into this man at esplanade cos he was walking in the middle of us. den before that i was lookin at smth so din notice him (considering he is so dark is really cant see) den when i saw him it was like only 2 metres away. i tot i would crash into him alr lor. den in the nick of time he siamed. heng man. so we reached esplanade den took a rest before the police came to chase us off. den we rode to the merlion park there. where we slacked for a while. den we chiong-ed all the way back to east coast again. oh we went past national stadium n the dunno wad bridge also. hmm... too bad they all din bring camera to capture this wonderful moment.
hmm the other stuff we did during the chalet was qt normal lar. so shant describe it le. but bike hike rocks! we shd have it again soon. =D
